Coral and Pearl

AP Photo/Scott Sady

Long weekend hardly complete, the first lady was off again to Reno, Nevada today for an appearance at the 2010 Women's Summit, where she spoke to a crowd of 1600 businesswomen and dignitaries.

For the appearance, Mrs. O wore a coral cotton and silk crepe dress by Narciso Rodriguez, first seen when the Os travelled to Europe last summer, seen here. A double strand of pearls completed the summer look.

I much preferred this dress as it was worn for the trip to Russia, but it is such a pretty colour.

@ Philly, if you're still reading this can I urge you to reconsider, or at least give it some more thought? This really is a good place for us to gather and share our love for fashion, our admiration of and for our Michelle and also to "bond", as much as one can do in this virtual format. We can still exchange ideas, shopping tips and other enthusiasms even while we may disagree on issues. As of late, I think some of the negative ones felt they had free reign due to our Mrs. T being pre-occupied with marrying her handsome groom (I don't blame her!), but she'll take care of it.
I used to just lurk on this site before I actually got the nerve to post. I was not one to join blogs or post comments, and still I'm not computer savvy. My sister told me not to get involved with reading blogs because some of them were very vicious towards FLOTUS. We lovingly call ourselves MOF= Michelle Obama Fanatics. She knows how easily my feelings can be hurt towards any type of injustice. But I must say that despite those few "people", or pimples as I refer to them, I must say that this site has been a rewarding experience. Mrs. T created this site with celebrating Michelle Obama in mind.We have a duty to keep it that way by emailing Mrs. T when people are disrespectful or contrary and when we see things are taking a turn.
I try to respect and never underestimate nor under-value a person's right to change their mind. Sometimes we reach that point where 'enough is enough and this is too much'. I get that, I've been there, I think most of us have. But as a fellow Mrs. O watcher, I can say that your joyful, spirited input will be missed. Give it some more thought!

Thank you Charlene in Detroit for such a thoughtful response.

Indeed, the last few threads have been particularly frustrating. Indeed, I have been greatly distracted by my upcoming nuptials, but promise to do my best to get things back on track come early July.

Until then, I would recommend anyone bothered by the comments 1. email me or 2. not read them. My email is contact@mrs-o.org.
