Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving to Mrs-O.com readers!
The Obamas continued their annual Thanksgiving tradition of volunteering at the Capital Area Food Bank in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday. For the outing, Mrs. O wore a burgundy striped sweater paired with slim, dark pants.
On Friday, the First Family welcomed the White House Christmas Tree. This year's tree is a 18 1/2 foot Douglas Fir from Crystal Spring Tree Farm in Lehighton, Pennsylvania. For the occasion, Mrs. O wore a pink and purple argyle sweater paired with slim pants and a black overcoat.

Love the Obama Ladies. Sasha is ruling this picture. Love her silver oxfords.
Another great coat. Any word on her shoes?
Mrs. Obama and the girls look wonderful. Btw Mrs. T, I think you missed The First Lady's appearance on 106 and park.
What about those shoes that Malia is wearing? So cool--those girls have a wonderful sense of style. Wonder where they got it? (wink)
What a beautiful picture (love Sasha's shoes!). Awesome color coordination in the picture. Bo and Sunny are nice looking dogs and getting into the holiday spirit as well!
I see this lovely color combination of periwinkles, plum, purple and black and think, "Mrs Obama" (and in other gorgeous color ensembles). For sure, this First Family is an exuberantly vibrant force in our White House. Maybe it's because partly, the colors of the vivacious First Families of my youth were in black and white or 'safe and reticent' combinations of pastels, or from a chosen small palette in sharply angled, but carefully tailored designs, meant to enhance the petite, or the pleasantly plump or modernty of the times. This White House family delves deliciously into the classic, and the timeless as well as freshness of today with exciting use of brilliant color. (My how the daughters have grown.)
I'd love to know where she got the argyle sweater. Anyone know?
I. LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. Mrs Obama!!! ROCK ON GREAT WOMAN, ROCK ON!!!
Mrs Obama usually changes her hair style several times a week, but lately she only wears it parted in the middle. Imo this is not very flattering --- although others may disagree, but I miss seeing the many varied styles she used to wear.
This is a woman for the ages. Some people are created for greatness, Mrs Obama is one of the great ones and she wears her greatness with humility, authenticity and with clear-eyes. She wears greatness well.
Malia's black and silver oxfords are from ASOS - still available! The girls are so stylish, just like their mom and dad
